Toshiba 42TL515U 42-Inch 1080p 240 Hz 3D LED HDTV with Net TV

I would like to replace my old LCD TV with LED TV, so the expectations were very high on my part.
After a long time for information and reading many reviews I decided for the Toshiba TV that was supplied by Amazon quickly.
After a few weeks of testing, I see myself now in a position to review this TV.
Positive:
- Quality finish and modern design (esp. very chic stand)
- Easy to use
- Super picture, razor sharp, very good black levels
- Very good playback of SD material through image enhancement technology
- Outstanding picture with HD material (Blu-Ray, Xbox 360 and PS3)
- Very good response time in game-mode, highly recommended for XBOX 360 or PS3
- 3D function perfectly (tested with 3D Bluray Pirates of the Caribbean-On Stranger Tides)
- Nice remote, the keys could be somewhat larger, especially for the volume and program changes
- Sound is fine for small depth. For proper sound quality anyway, recommend connection to a surround sound system
- Interaction with amplifier (Yamaha) and Blu-ray players (Toshiba) fine over-Regza Link. Amplifier with audio return channel is supported.
Negative:
- 3D glasses are not included, must be expensive to buy
- Start up takes a little long in my opinion, until the image appear, at least compared to my previous TV
- The internet function (Net TV) is a bit slow, but it works. The operation using the remote control is rather tedious. To play videos from Youtube in my opinion, LAN cable connection is required, since the image transfer is too slow via wireless, perhaps it is also due to my network setting
- Detailed guidance from the Internet must be downloaded and printed, just only a short manual in the box.
In summary, I can say that I have not regretted the purchase.
A great TV with an outstanding price-performance ratio!. A total of five points clear despite its small weaknesses. Just recommended! More Review

I heard a lot about how well Toshiba’s work and I was excited to check out some reviews on it. A couple of my DISH co-workers told me that it is was a great HDTV to have. I always talk about how clear their picture is and how good the audio on the TV’s are. I can’t wait to get a Toshiba HDTV for myself, so I can take full advantage of HD free for life with DISH. I can’t wait, now I’m super excited.
