UN55C7000 Review By “M.Doussot”
I now would like to tell you for about a month in the possession of Samsung UN55C7000 and must say that I am almost completely satisfied with the device. The device has a perfect picture with a superb color reproduction.
The 3D function.
On television there is, unfortunately, not many channels that broadcast in 3D. This is not so tragic, because the TV has a built-in conversion option converts the 2D into a pseudo-3D. This is of course not nearly ran to the quality of a true 3D film, but still gives it a certain depth, which is especially good landscape shots.
The best quality is, of course, when playing 3D Blurays with a suitable player (I have the Samsung BD-C6900). Here you get a full 3D experience, a crystal clear picture without any ghosting. The depth is phenomenal! I winced a few times already on the sofa because I thought that flies into the face:).
To the sound from the TV I cannot comment because I have run the sound through an external system.
Now for the features. The TV has the standard functions such as EPG, teletext, wide screen settings of course there are one or the other delicacies.
Number one is the Internet function, a wide range, from Google Earth to online video store, offers apps. The only thing you missed, is an Internet browser.
Number two is the functional PVR / movie player. With the Movie Player can play almost any video format out there. Functioning properly. To the PVR, the timer-controlled to a USB record disk is there to say to some, unfortunately, only partially positive: The recordings will function normally, the quality is top notch, but cannot the recordings over to play on the PC in order for example to burn to DVD or Bluray.
Finally something for rich connectivity:
You can connect almost anything! DVB-T, DVB-C, DVB-S2, SCART, HDMIx4, USBx2, Optical Audio, RCA audio, PC … So really everything, even the iPhone is to use as a remote control:).
Here is another word for channel assignment due:
While you can save your channel list to USB, but also lacks a way to sort them on the PC. The sort function on the TV is in fact modest. You have to manually move each item individually, e.g., if a channel is on 500 and you want him to 1, and has 1000 channels, 500 times you have to press the down arrow key. Thanks …
Otherwise, clear buy recommendation! Even though I prefer, would have taken the 65″
55″ is the lower limit for 3D. More 83 customer reviews <<
