LG 55LW5600 Review
LG 55LW5600 55-Inch Cinema 3D 1080p 120 Hz LED HDTV with Smart TV
Review By “Gerald Rolf”
I have to say: The LG 55LW5600 is a part of this splendid and looks great in my living room! The stand is very stable. The design of the TV is amazing! The screen is matt and He is very slim and totally fits perfectly into my living room! Although he is really huge, he does not so heavy as I thought.
However, you needs a large living room, Because, if you sit too close to the screen, the image is unfortunately sometimes a bit grainy and blurry. However This is in my view not the quality of television, but only on the distance to the screen.
- Cinema 3D Technology
The picture on the LG 55LW5600 I was absolutely blown away. This is something I’ve never experienced before. An absolutely clear picture, sharp and incredibly rich colors. And the 3D function is simply fabulous! I’ve previously experienced in the cinema or watching TV but never watch in 3D this is a new experience. Even friends and family who wanted to view the technology also were completely thrilled.
The glasses are completely comfortable to wear because they are very pleasant and easy to use. I had previously feared that I must always take off the glasses when I get up to fetch something to drink, for example. But that’s no problem, I can continue to wear them and not fall over my own feet
- 2D to 3D conversion feature (see 2D films in three dimensions)
The switch from 2D to 3D is easy. You can just press the button on the remote control and can then choose the format in which you want to continue watching. Also the normal television picture to see in 3D is quite pleasant, especially of course in HD quality!
- TruMotion 120Hz
By 120Hz, I don’t see any flickering or judder! Although I have only played a Wii and I have not high-resolution PlayStation game, but the Wii games have been transferred properly.
- Smart TV with remote control
For a Smart TV, I think, It is still not as useful and necessary. I still prefer to surf with my laptop or even now with my smartphone. Also the navigation is only possible with a remote control but quite cumbersome.
- Triple Tuner (reception of digital broadcasts in HD)
With HD Channel Through the integrated tuner, I have to say here: Fabled! I can see every single hair of a man, every blade of grass on the football field, etc. This is obviously a major advantage. The picture is absolutely brilliant show on TV and I realizes the significant difference from conventional programs.
- HDMI – and USB ports, CI + slot
There are really countless connections. All easily accessible, even when the TV is already against the wall. Because the terminals are mounted sideways on the rear television. Absolutely positive, because in my own television but I have to “fumble” sometimes to get to the terminals.
- Intelligent sensor
The intelligent sensor in the TV I was just fine. Because my TV is actually a bit unfortunate in the living room near very large patio windows, especially during daytime seems incredible amount of light on the screen. The picture on the LG 55LW5600, however, was always impeccable and top class. Almost no reflection at all times and great viewing pleasure!
- 3D experience with supporting the home theater sound system
This LG 55LW5600 is really top class! The sound in collaboration with the supplied film “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” I was totally thrilled! I could not even separate myself from the television, that was a crazy experience!
My conclusion after three weeks of using: Buy, buy, buy! The TV is absolutely top class! In perfect shape, just connect the BluRay player and home theater system to the TV. Then you would prefer to no longer be separated from your couch when watch movies.
To acquire the LG 55LW5600, price start at 1,499 dollars (July 2, 2011). However this is absolutely justified for such a fabulous piece of engineering and should be invested in any case, if you are interested in 3D technology! >> Read More LG 55LW5600Reviews and Rating <<
