I wanted a HDTV in the lower price range with a good HD quality. After some research on the Internet I came across the new release LG 47LK520. Before buying the TV I’ve yet seen in an electrical store in my area and I decided to buy this TV.

The TV can be easily mounted on the wall. The material for wall mounting, however, is not included and must be purchased separately.

The structure of the TV is relatively easy. It just has to stand with the supplied 4 screws are fixed. The design is simple held in the Black. The display isn’t matte black type but a shiny black type, which makes the TV appear very noble. However, I must declare, after some time that the dust particles, this TV has a lot and those shiny on the surface are very easy to see.

The picture quality, in general should separate between the HD (high definition) and SD (standard definition) programs I have explained this in the following two points closer.

• Pictures in HD quality : The pictures I can only be assessed as very good and I am surprised that a TV can display so good picture in this price. Even with rapid camera movements, such as when you watch sports or play video games with high speed scene, Yes No blur!. If I had to make for the evaluation of picture quality I would give them with 5 stars.

• Pictures in SD channel : As is common with most Full HD TV (at least in this price range) is also in this TV picture in the SD channels not great. Some television stations is the picture’s a bit pixelated over But for me I can accepted.

The built-in speakers in the TV set has an output of 2×10 Watts (Stereo), You can adjust Bass, Treble, Balance and also surround sound (infinite sound feature) as you like. For me These features are sufficient for normal use. However, if you watch movies in Dolby Digital with full cinematic experience, I commend you to connect your TV to an external Dolby Surround Sound system. There are on the back of a digital optical audio output. Here the tone in a super quality is passed on.

The USB port on the side can be easily connected with a USB flash drive or USB hard drive. It is also possible to play movies and listen the music via USB on this TV. On TV are “only” 3 HDMI inputs, but no problem for me because I have been connected only my receiver via HDMI, the second and third input is still free.

Conclusion
With this TV I think you get a good TV with a good price. He is not convincing in every respect but in the most. For the normal TV reception without special demands of the  LG 47LK520 always enough and you can safely access. Therefore, I recommend this product!
