Panasonic P55ST30 Reviews

Panasonic VIERA P55ST30 55-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma TV

Review By “Gory7″

p55st30 Panasonic P55ST30 ReviewsI bought this TV regardless of the brand and after comparison with several similar devices. The comparison, It was only in the described device characteristics, But for over 100 days of use I am more than happy with it.

Setting up of broadcasters and network is straightforward, semi-automatically within minutes. The Wireless LAN adapter had a better reception than my laptop.  Also HDMI connection of the Blu-ray worked properly.

Now the picture: The first thing I noticed on the TV is rich details and deep blacks color. Some similar devices shine with a rainbow of colors, but do not create a deep black. Unlike The Panasonic P55ST30. Here one also finds rich, saturated colors and razor-sharp contrasts.

For me, a quiet operation is very important, even noise when watching TV, I feel as disturbing. Although, The TV has several fans on the back. Until now they are completely silent, the screen itself can be heard only rarely. So overall a very quiet and silent television, I find very pleasant.

The operation is intuitive and easy. Many useful functions, such as the “Guide” function with complete program overview, make your life easy.

An addition to the TV mode is the so-called “Viera Connect”. So you can watch live streams over an Internet connection or drop by various social networks. You can also watch multimedia via USB ports. Fortunately The Panasonic accepts many formats (avi, mkv, mp4, etc.) Playing it goes smoothly and without loading time.

3D:
There is as yet only a few films in “real” 3D, that taken with real stereo camera. One of the few “Avatar,” and only in the special edition. It literally left me speechless. The depth effect is indeed, the whole thing looks more like a showcase, “Avatar” on the Panasonic P55ST30 is incredibly vivid! Depth effect and come out of the TV, just like in the movies, just fantastic!

The 3D glasses hold loosely by the way, with a charge to approximately 180 minutes. As a nice size, I can also comfortably wear my glasses over the glasses.

The conversion from 2D to 3D (eg times the nightly news in 3D) the TV creates without problems, a constant effect works here, but only at really high resolution images as high-definition channel.

Conclusion:
I am very satisfied with the TV. With Low noise and silent operation and very good picture quality, deep blacks, brilliant colors, razor-sharp contrast. Also very good network performance, the Wi-Fi reception is better than my laptop. Streaming works very well. The 3D effect with very good effect. 3D glasses are comfortable to wear.

I can only recommend the Panasonic P55ST30 and who is this still looks for a matching BD player, which I can recommend the Panasonic DMP-BDT110. Both devices harmonize very well, not only because they are from the same manufacturer.  > See All User Reviews
