Very nice, glossy black design, modern, stylish, minimalist, very noble, It is the Panasonic TC-L42E30. The unit offers simple operation, great looks, rich sound, a razor-sharp picture (even without HD programming) and also quick program changes.
I’ve been looking for a TV with full HD without 3D and I found the good reviews and the many positive tests on the Internet on the device.
The stand is mounted quickly and easily. The device is ready to work. The menu is very straightforward and clearly structured beautifully designed.
The installation is very easy, after turning on the TV, everything is checked, you must confirm only the requested items. The search of the TV station was completed after about 10 minutes, I have selected only DVB-S. The transmitter can be easily put through the Favorites list in the order you want. Also The Panasonic has a variety of settings in the fields of picture and sound.
The picture quality on DVD is really great, reference was here “Lord of the Rings”, the picture is much better than I expected.
The sound for LED TV is really great, clear, without rattling for everyday use and perfect. Of course stereo or surround sound system is better for movies
The TV has a lot of connection possibilities! Practically also the scart connector, 2 USB ports, 4 HDMI ports, optical audio output, CI slot, SD card slot, Ethernet port for wired Internet access, Wi-Fi for wireless Internet access. To get to the Internet via Wi-Fi, work only a USB Wi-Fi adapter. I recommend this adapter: Netgear Dual Band Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter.
Also available as original Panasonic Wi-Fi adapter But about three times as expensive Panasonic WiFi adapters for compatible Panasonic Blu-ray players and Viera TVs.
In home network I have a Western Digital Mybook live, here are photos and movies play on the TV directly. No problems with jpeg images and mpeg movies. Even a HD movie (MP4) will play smoothly. The Panasonic may not have a full Internet browser, the so-called VIERA TOOLS are but one great thing. YouTube, Twitter, Skype, Video on Demand and much more.
My conclusion: The Panasonic offered here of price-performance ratio is very good. I recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for a high-class and uncomplicated TV without 3D.
