Panasonic TC-P42S30 50-Inch 1080p Plasma HDTV
Review By “Graham Jack”
I’ve gained the Panasonic TC-P42S30 about 2 months ago. I bought the Panasonic plasma at Amazon.com
The delivery was exactly on the agreed date with complimentary telephone notice of the minute delivery time. At first I was somewhat surprising that the box was carried by two people, but modern electronics has its weight.
The Panasonic TC-P42S30 is set up very easily. Just a few screws in the stand. The whole thing feels very stable. Plugging any cable (for cable TV box, DVD player, etc.) is easy enough because all the jacks are labeled on the back.
Among the connections, For me perfectly adequate. At the two HDMI connections depends on the PS3 and the satellite Receiver. For me it’s enough.
When all cables are connected, you can start the HDTV experience. The menu system is logical and clear, useful and additional information on the specific effect of the key functions of the remote control. After a few minutes an intuitive setup is configured.
The 42″ (106 cm) diagonal screen is more for home use than adequate, the high-contrast picture in HD still looks very nice. Normal programs come through the receiver over quite well. Blu Ray Movies in connection with a home theater system is, the madness! Razor-sharp images. No stuttering, no blur, just a relentlessly sharp images. Batman – The Dark Knight or the King Kong jungle scenes, as if they also live there.
For the sound, For normal television sufficient. But for something like Blockbuster should be connect a Home Theater system. Then comes to true cinematic experience.
The low power consumption of 115 Watt and in particular the standby power consumption of only 0.4 Watt are top.
All in all, I am using the Panasonic TC-P42S30 highly satisfied. T he device offers a full viewing pleasure and the price-performance ratio is more than fine. More Panasonic TC-P42S30 Reviews
