TC-L42U25 Review By “Lucky Jack”
After extensive research, especially in relevant forums where you can learn about all the information, the purchase decision was easily return to a Panasonic, and while the TC-L42U25. Here now for all who are still searching, a review of the new TV.
Buying criteria
1. The unit should be a screen size of not more than 46″ I have the viewing distance from the TV is about 3 meters, and the TV should not dominate the room.
2. The unit should be at a an LED LCD TV, as these devices have the lowest power consumption and therefore the least heat.
3. The device should have a matte case and a non-reflective display. It is now almost a rarity. Many TV have lead housing in an attractive piano black finish, or glossy screens, although they promise a higher contrast, but in a room with many windows to disturbing reflections.
After i decided on Panasonic TC-L42U25 and ordered on amazon.
The delivery from Amazon went very quickly, thank you. The device itself is relatively simple.
First impression
We are thrilled! Such a brilliant, quiet the previous picture was not brought forth. For clarity, stability and color of the new Panasonic is superior to the old device in all respects. We have so far been no disturbing effects like clounding, soap etc.
Menu
You find your way around quickly, the menu is very clear, rapid and reliable response to the remote control and we like on the whole very good. The only desirable would be one to two extra buttons on the remote control to select, for example, the picture-in-picture function directly. As the TV but always remembers what menus they had last visited, you come fairly quickly back to the last menu item to point to such a parameter-versa. If you change settings that affect the image, the menus are automatically reduced, so that you can almost see the full image content and can observe the effect of changes in optimal.
Picture Adjustment
Here are several options available. After some messing around, we have opted for the automatic, which actually to 99% immediately provides a reasonable picture available without annoying jumping back and forth or distorted content.
Picture quality
As described earlier, the Panasonic provides a compelling picture, just perfect, of course. Even fast movement or television images are displayed without a stutter or small blocks.
Sound quality
The TV has good built-in speakers for the Normal TV very balanced. If you would like to listen the music, an opera DVD or the like to be looked at, anyway you switched to the stereo or surround system very beneficial.
Connectivity
This trumps the phenomenal device. SCART sockets (1xS video-capable) allow easy connection of older components as they are with us in the present moment. 3 HDMI allow the connection of new multimedia devices. It also includes a component input, one composite input, one VGA port for PCs, audio-out is stereo analog, digital optical audio out etc.
Conclusion
This is only incomplete journey through the experience with our TC-L42U25. We would purchase it again and can fully recommend it.
