Philips 40PFL5505D/F7 40-Inch 1080p 240 Hz LCD HDTV, Black

40PFL5505D/F7 Review By “P.Jerrell”

philips 40pfl 5505d f7 300x204 Philips 40PFL5505D/F7 ReviewsAfter my “old” TV give up the ghost on October, In fact, our budget through the purchase of land and house building costs was fairly limited, but thanks to big profits with gold sales of the new TV.

Philips 40PFL5505D/F7 LCD TV. Currently, it costs 649 dollars and is definitely worth a purchase.

At first, I was interested in Sony and Toshiba, but the picture comparison in the same price range, the Philips was just a world apart. Not to mention all LG. The Philips 40PFL5505D/F7 is characterized by a sensationally good image and has many other advantages.

The Philips 40PFL5505D/F7 is a modern full HD TV.
The picture is not jerky. Especially in sports, the movements are natural and flowing. I especially appreciated about the “Avartar”, there was the picture so well that I would like to jump into the screen. Especially with the helicopter shots on the islands, developed by Philips technology takes effect. According to the manufacturer side, this means HD Natural Motion.

The pictures are really the strong point of my new TV. First class, intense and brilliant images. The refresh rate is 240 Hz, 1 ms, contrast ratio of 5,000:1, Dynamic contrast ratio : 90,000:1 (the picture is just great for me) Razor-sharp images combined with natural colors.  I am now fully convinced of this TV.

4 HDMI inputs and EasyLink
Could certainly be more but for me this is sufficient for HiFi enthusiasts.
Of course the TV has a USB port for JPEG photos and MP3 music files to play.

Sound System – Sound 20 W (2 x 10 W)
I am satisfied with the sound. However, we have not yet exploited the full range. At normal volume the TV is fine.

The remote is absolutely fine and easy to use. Thus, it is a very good overview in the menu, the jump from the receiver to the DVD recorder is quite easy – once pushed to the right. For me a good solution. I think the keys are also not too small but just right.

The TV is total absolute top. Price, a sensationally low power consumption, a world-class image and the use of modern technology, This I find the current price still favorable. What more could you want?
