Samsung LN40B550 40-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV with Red Touch of Color

I bought the TV online with a coupon code at Amazon.com and was about to buy a new TV online hesitant, but I must say that the experience is nothing but happiness.

The TV came with the hand of a company it had ordered from Amazon, and the price was worth what I paid, they think, compared to a Best Buy or other operations of consumer electronics (excluding tax, free shipping items on my card Amazon).

I do not go into details, but I give this review for what I thought TV was based attributes (positive and negative). Television is my main tv in my apartment, and I connected an antenna integrated HD (easy to do with TV tuner), Playstation 3, an HD DVD player and cable TV to be HD.

The TV has a side HDMI input as an option (on the right side of the TV) that I attach to my laptop HDMI watching films online, etc. The contrast ratio is excellent, with a ratio of 70,000:1 and the depth of black on the TV very well. What I liked is the fact that TV is Energy Star efficient, and you can adjust the rate of saving energy at low, medium, high. Remember that saving more energy (top), the darker the image of the TV.

Positive

• Full 1080p
• 4 HDMI (3 in back, 1 on the right side of TV)
• USB input (for images, audio, etc. on a flash drive) is the entrance on the right side of the TV

• Energy Star Efficiency

• Game Mode for the preservation of video TV

• Easy to use

Negative

• The touch of red “border is not really visible, if (the TV has a very bright room that I would not) recommend. This is a purely aesthetic and not a functional book.

• No DVI input for your laptop (but it is a side HDMI input and a laptop have analog input.) This is not really bad, but one thing I noticed.
