Hello to all who read through my review. Today I’d like to write about my plasma TV from Samsung. When we decided and we buy a new TV, we have taken the decision that there should be a plasma. So we decided on the Samsung plasma 50″ Full HD TV.
We paid the (Price $1,169.99, not that there is little …. (But sometimes quality has its price.
For about 1 week we are now proud owners of the Samsung PN50C550 and are completely satisfied.
We use the plasma TV with digital satellite and via HDMI cable to the Blu-ray recorder DMR BS 750 (Panasonic). The digital cable picture is really brilliant, even when one sees clear differences of broadcast quality.
We sit as 2.60 to 3 meters away from the TV. At this distance the image is really sharp. Contrast and colors are really great! And in comparison to other plasma it reflects sunlight very little. What we also believe, is the sound quality.
The functions of the TV ‘s are best, a USB connection makes us even photo’s and watch recorded movies on external hard drive. Remote is very handy, easy to understand everything, easy to reach and intuitive. Value powerful than we have, even after a long search, can find nothing better!
The look: modern design, also simple elegance of the PN50C550 makes it an eye-catcher in any room. The color black is a must for devices of this size.

Personal experiences
I think this television fabulous! Due to the properties of a plasma screen you just as well from any position of the room a good view and a clear picture. The minimal reaction in combination with full-HD and the genius can trigger transitions seem far more smoothly.
The PN50C550 creates very rich colors which some shades, such as does the human skin, far more natural and realistic appear. Even the blacks are fine.
