Unbelievable but true. The PN51D450 has a very, very good picture. Regardless of whether HD or SD channels.
This is crazy on the TV price. Why is that?

Because the TV does not have the following:
- No 3D
- No Internet
- No FullHD

Personally, I can easily live without it. If you agree, then you should access directly.

My main concern was the picture quality due to the quite unusual resolution of “only” 1365 x 768 pixels at 51 inches. I can tell, it’s just enough and you see no difference from 2 meters distance to the full HD resolution. The picture quality on the devices Top! The HD programs are razor sharp.

Yesterday I watched the evening news from 1.5 meters distance and could see no signs of blurring. The picture on the normal TV program is also good videos via USB run smoothly in all of mine tested formats to absolute DVD + level (in which case the quality of the videos on external on my hard drive probably the limit sets) DVDs via HDMI and HD formats are even better from the computer via HDMI are second to none. The picture from every point of view is really good. Also The device has a screen saver as an automatic burn protection.

One can always complain about any differences in quality, but the picture of the TV for the price is very good.

Bluray I have not tested. The person who was dissatisfied with the DVD quality, could buys BluRays instead of DVDs, but for me normal TV and DVD are sufficient for the successful movie night with the TV at their expense.

The design makes a solid impression, the frame is really simple and clean. I really like. However, the glossy black reflects relatively strong.

Negative, I notice the wobbly stand. Unfortunately, as with all Samsung devices I have problems, but it is probably fairly stable in spite of the wobble. Since I hang him anyway on the wall, this weakness is not a concern.

The sound of the device is super clear and I was really surprised. Really great. I see no reason to be connect to surround sound system.

Has any connections (HDMI, USB, Component Video and Audio, PC input, Ethernet) Device was easy to adjust on the menu. Remote control is self-explanatory and has a decent size. HD camcorder is connected, with very good results.
