Sharp LC-52XL2E – 52″ Widescreen 1080P Full HD LCD TV – With 100hz & Freeview
Sharp should catch up because Samsung LCD reigns supreme in the world: it does launching its LC-52XL2E, an LCD TV with a diagonal of 52″
Impressive in it unfortunately is not the best. I noticed some artificial plastic that makes the false images! Not seem to see a movie but to be on stage and this, oddly enough, is not looking! Does not respond to the feelings that we’re used to living in a movie before. It almost seems that the films have been shot with an amateur camera. It ‘hard to explain, you must try it!
Moreover, the brightness is a little annoying because it illuminates the room per day! Instead, it is so nice to sit in the dark to cry in front of a romantic movie!
We come to the technical description:
The resolution is full HD 1920 x 1080p. I must say that currently have such a resolution does not know what to serve, HD Ready already gets along very well especially considering that the only video source.
The brightness is 450 cd / m², in line with the competition, but that which is somewhat lower contrast, which stops at 2000: 1 (many arrive safely at Samsung 8000:1).
This also depends on the measurement system counter, which as you know is the ability of a television (or camera) to play in the same light sources fotograma very clear and very dark.
However the images seem well contrasted, and then the control system can be controlled by remote control allows you to artificially increase the contrast for sharper images.
If we speak in fact the dynamic contrast up to 10000:1!
Finally, the panel has DCE (Dynamic Contrast Enhancement), a system that increases the contrast in a dynamic way, or follow the individual scenes. Remarkable!
This, coupled with high resolution, makes this TV ideal for projecting your digital photos.

The TV is equipped with a system enhancement called Freeview and Advanced Super View LCD, in practice, the system analyzes frame by frame picture type and dynamically adapts contrast / saturation / brightness, in short, a real-time scanning of the video stream real.
Although I do not like the TV speakers ever, but the sound of this Sharp is not bad. with two speakers power 200Watt! Are the peak values. and also the TV features in audio improvement system (SRS TruSurroundXT).
It’s good but I think it’s not the best. So, I’m not regret.
