After much consideration, we bought the Sharp LC52LE810. Actually we wanted to buy the previous model, but the decision was changed because of the 4th Color (Yellow) and the stand can pivot now. Now he hangs on the wall for three months and gives this corner of the living room get a new look.

3D is not necessary because when I “watch TV” would not wear the glasses and urge the “3D TV without glasses” anyway in the next few years on the market.

The unit is really best – Great picture, great setting, black level is good, low power consumption, good handling and a sleek design that fits in any living room.  Fast movements are well represented – even in sports programs, I noticed no lag, no blur. Also, the operation of a game console is easy and quite possible (test: PS3 ‘Final Fantasy’ and ‘Devil May Cry 4′).

The normal TV picture (no HD) razor sharp. Great colors and great contrast. The colors are very, very well presented, plus a good term strengthens the color yellow and gold, for me Yellow was reason for the purchase. Even with the HD channels, there are no problems with the image display.

When playing a DVD I had different expectations, because I have seen many DVDs already on the PC with LCD monitor, but when watch on this TV is a Super-sharp images without smear or small blocks in the fastest moving scene (Sci-Fi). In the movie “Ice Age” you can even see the individual hairs from ears Diego. Each and every snowflake leaf. Absolutely fantastic.

My WD My Passport Ess. 750 GB 2.5 “hard drive with FAT 32, I have connected via the USB port and was immediately recognized, there I can look at pictures videos, movies and music.

For sound, I can not say much because I have a home theatre connected to the TV.

Conclusion: We are after more than three months still fascinated by the picture quality. The LED backlight technology from Sharp is very convincing. Desing with glossy black and the silver stripe very well. On the Internet I discovered the TV even for 579.00 €. That is the best value for money for an LED TV. So highly recommended!
