After long research I’ve made my decision for the Sony and not looked back. 55 inches, The picture is just great, the huge size 55 inch for a cinematic experience! Price / performance is best when compares with Samsung and Toshiba devices. The TV fit perfectly into my living room and he looked very good on the size.
The design of the TV, I like it very much and it makes a very high quality impression. The device itself can be cleaned very quickly, it just wipe with a wet cloth and everything is clean. The remote control fit well in my hand, the colors same as the TV set. The buttons are not to small and made of rubber.
The manual is very detailed and very clearly written. The installation of the TV is easy, just set the menu language, Date and time. Then the TV will search for the channel automatically.
Sony have a very comprehensive menu system where you can really adjust anything at will. It is very simple so that everyone will also enjoy very much.
The picture is very good (real black and white, the skin colors of people are finally realistic the image is just top.. even with DVB-T very well. Just excellent without any complaints! The 24p True Cinema feature, takes over original true cinema feeling. In game mode there are no input lag (tested with GRID, PES2011 on Xbox 360)
Media Server: This is a very useful feature, which can be used on the content of network hard drives (via the built-in LAN port or WLAN module) access. I’m using at the moment, the functions of Windows XP on the Media Player where I can share multimedia files on my hard drive but the audio files wma files are not supported.
The connection to the laptop is also very fast. I tried to look at my vacation pictures. Just connect the laptop via HDMI cable and then hang on the remote control to select PC input which is already one gets a super sharp picture on the TV unit. The Internet capabilities such as access to Youtube and other Internet services.
Our surround sound system is also connected. The sound is amazing, but even without the system the sound sound quality good enough for the TV program.
We are extremely pleased with the device, I think SONY absolutely unbeatable.
